Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via UPS. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed shipments.

Brooke Callahan accepts returns or exchanges within 10 days of delivery. All items must be returned unworn with the original tags. Return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. A $10 USD per item restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund total. Returns/exchanges are processed within 2-4 business days.

All sale items are final sale.
